Emergent Games is a leading metaverse and blockchain games studio that brings together game industry veterans from PlayStation, Activision, and NCsoft with blockchain technologists from Pluto Labs. Our first project is Resurgence, a AAA sci-fi MMORPG with blockchain integration. The game takes place on a post-apocalyptic Earth hundreds of years after a cataclysmic ecological disaster where players can build, craft tools, weaponry, technology, and trade. As the recolonisation continues so does the race for survival and the protection of valuable resources from raiding factions, predators, and the rise of new threats to civilisation.
