Venture Capital X, issuer of the first NFT giving exclusive access to both equity investment opportunities in private companies 6-12 months before they go public, and to early stage Web3 crypto investment opportunities. Traditionally, these opportunities are only available to VCs, Angel investors or high net worth individuals who can write large check sizes of $100,000+.
VCX is changing that by offering its cardholders the chance to invest up to $10,000 in pre-initial public offerings (pre-IPO’S), pre-initial coin offerings (pre-ICOs), and pre-initial dex offerings. Cardholders will be able to opt-in, or pass if they so choose, on each deal presented on VCX’s dashboard. Cardholders will invest directly through VCX’s partner brokers in order to adhere to securities regulations for equities deals and directly through our Web3 VC partner for ICOs and IDO’s where no ‘KYC’ process is required.
VCX also offers its members concierge services to source and ‘skip the lines’ to buy luxury goods such as Rolex and Patek Philippe watches, high performance cars such as Porsche and McLaren, to obtain discounts at specialty partnered hotels around the world, and access to Senior Vice President level services at Sotheby’s real estate in any geography around the world.
