The Visual Identification System (VIS) is the basis for Marsmasks, a set of 999 avatars designed to help first-wave colonists reconnect with each other in the event that they become separated by a particularly severe dust storm. An individual MarsMask is the result of a combination of emote faces, stickers, clothing, flags, backgrounds, and lighting (PFP).

These photographs depict the First Wave colonists, the most determined and courageous individuals who travelled to Mars to start a new life.

MarsMasks is a product of Mars4, a 3D survival game that uses blockchain technology that enables players to earn from the game. Although the game’s primary goal is survival, it incorporates sandbox elements allowing players to explore the Red Planet, mine resources, build imaginative stations, and drive vehicles. Survival on Mars requires cooperation, and as Mars4 is set to be a multiplayer metaverse, players can group and increase their earnings.

The first colonists developed the visual identification system (VIS) to help them identify each other in the midst of dust storms, and Marsmasks is a collection of 999 VIS-inspired avatars.

Each Marksman has a unique profile image that they create by arranging to emote faces, stickers, clothes, flags, backdrops, and lighting.

In Marksman, they see how the Martian colonists use masks as a form of self-expression and a weapon in times of conflict.

Patterned styles of helmets became essential to colonists’ survival as they allowed for quick identification even when the greatest dust storms distorted radiotelemetry.

Each colonist’s mask is patterned after a different type of war mask. Some were more like grotesques designed to terrify onlookers, while others were made for defensive purposes.

Metropolis world is an ongoing series of collections centered around the story of their world and created by amazing artists around the world. Currently, they are getting ready to launch their first metropolis, celeste. They have plans to create a character series of citizens and nomads as well as five more cities, each with its communities, resources, events, and accompanying mythology, which builds out an epic story for the metropolis world at large.

Metropolis has focused on the concept of an open metaverse where their metropolis will be entirely interoperable, accessible, and exchangeable across multiple virtual and physical portals. Passport holders and active participants of the city will be able to access the metropolis world in multiple ways, from art exhibits, real-world live events, existing platforms like the sandbox/decentrally, and dynamic NFTS and gaming assets via a vibrant marketplace.

With Khuga, the 5555 fighter cars from the NFT project Khugaverse come together. They’re coming to Ethereum, where they’ll split up into five distinct elite races for players who wish to join in on the Miawhalla’s fascinating adventure, thrilling battles, and rewarding tasks.

They’re branded with the slogan “WAGFI” (We are all gonna Fight it). It’s a metaphor for their tenacity in the face of adversity, set against the backdrop of the present NFT and crypto market conditions.
